If you're not completely happy with our services within 30 days of your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund of our fees. Simply contact us by email or phone, and we'll take care of the refund process.

Important Exceptions

Please keep in mind that we can't refund government fees once your application has been submitted, and we also can't refund any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

How Refunds are Processed

M1615 will credit the refund back to your original payment method (either the card or bank account you used for the initial transaction).
